2. Do not pull at your face

During stressful times, we tend to touch our face, pull at our eyes, scowl, frown. Everything that you should refrain from when it comes to keeping your skin wrinkle free. 3. Zone Out

Where ever you are, if regulations permit, get out and walk. Bundle up, wear a mask or a scarf, if that makes you feel secure, get a bit of spring air. Plug in, zone out, keep your distance, and savor some joyful music.
